Faith Confession I

righteousnessNo longer are you to live unto yourself, but unto Jesus Christ that died for you and rose again. No longer are you to know anyone after the flesh (Ephesians 2:1-3) because now you are to walk in the Spirit and live by faith. (Romans 8:4; Galatians 5:16, 25; Romans 1:17)
Your spirit man has been made brand new and all things concerning you have been made new. (II Corinthians 5:17-19) From the moment you received Jesus Christ as Lord, your sins no longer existed. Now, all things are of God, who was in Christ reconciling the world to himself by Jesus Christ. He has given you the ministry of reconciliation. Now you are an ambassador for Christ, and God has committed the word of reconciliation to you.

You may say that you don’t feel like an ambassador because although the blood of Jesus has cleansed you from all unrighteousness, and God no longer remembers your sin, you still don’t feel righteous. Emotions condemnation, inferiority, remembering the failures of the past, guilt, unforgiveness, and other attacks Satan uses against you are the very reason you must now learn who you are in Christ Jesus. You are the righteousness of God in Him. You must learn to live from your spirit – hearing, being taught, led and guided by the Holy Spirit. You must learn how to live separated from the ways of the world (your old way of thinking, being and doing everything) by walking in the Spirit and living by the faith of God which works by love.

II Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Make It Personal:

God made Jesus, who knew no sin, to be sin for me. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
