Psalm 23:1-6 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

v. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

v. 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

v. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

v. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

v. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Luke 17:20-21 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

v. 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

 

Part I  Provision

THE LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

I John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

v. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

 

Part II  A Place of Rest and Peace

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

Psalm 36:7-8 How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

v. 8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. The Kingdom of God is a place of peace and rest. It is where you hear the voice of God fully and freely. You will always find answers and help in times of need. You will find direction and paths to be followed.

John 10:27-30 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

v. 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

v. 29  My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

v. 30 I and my Father are one.

Hebrews 4:9-10 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.

v. 10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

 

Part III  Restoration and Righteousness

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Psalm 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

III John 2-3 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

v. 3 For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth.

Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Psalm 5:8 Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.

Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Proverbs 11:23 The desire of the righteous is only good: but the expectation of the wicked is wrath.

Romans 5:17, 21 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

v. 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

 

Part IV  Protection – No Fear

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

II Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Psalm 3:6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

Isaiah 43:1-2 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

v. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Psalm 84:5-7 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

v. 6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.

v. 7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.

 

Part V  Assignment – The Kingdom of God in you, planted as a seed into the world

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:

Psalm 82:1-6 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

v. 2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

v. 3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

v. 4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

v. 5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

v. 6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

Psalm 89:13-15 Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.

v. 14 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

v. 15 Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.

I Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

Psalm 5:11-12 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

v. 12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

 

Part VI  Anointed with Power and The Blessing of the LORD

Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Luke 4:18-19 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

v. 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Galatians 3:13-14 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

v. 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

I Corinthians 4:40 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Mark 16:15-18 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

v. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

v. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

v. 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Part VII  Victory, Ground taken, Occupy til I come

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Isaiah 32:17-18 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

v. 18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

Philippians 1:9-12 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;

v. 10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ.

v. 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

I Corinthians 15:23-25 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.

v. 24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

v. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

Revelation11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
